• Wave or curl pattern
• Color
• Density
• Strand thickness
• Length

These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Our raw hair is a natural, unprocessed product. Because it is sourced from natural donors, each bundle may have unique characteristics. Customers should carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. The Silhouette Hair Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in situations involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies on our website.

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless an authorized payment option is specifically offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Raw Hair Return & Exchange Policy. Customers should inspect their order before washing, installing, cutting, coloring, or otherwise altering the hair. Once hair has been altered or installed, it may no longer qualify for a return or exchange.
